Working Principle

Our ingeniously designed Carbon Steel Bag Filter Housing operates with remarkable efficiency. Positioned with precision, the single bag filter inlet is strategically higher than the filter bag, ensuring optimal flow of the filter medium into the bag. As the medium journeys through, impurities are expertly trapped within the filter bag, while the pristine, filtered liquid seamlessly exits through the outlet, guided by the sturdy metal basket wall.

To maintain peak performance, it is essential to replace the filter bag when impurities accumulate to form a filter cake and the differential pressure reaches between 0.05-0.1 MPa. During the replacement process, the filter system is temporarily halted, allowing for safe pressure relief and access to the filter cover. Post-cleaning, the filter bags can be reused, though they must be replaced upon significant wear. This ensures your filtration system continues to operate with unrivaled efficiency and reliability.
