[Filtering Status] As the liquid gracefully enters the filter, it elegantly navigates past the scraper, seamlessly flowing across the filter element from the interior to the exterior. Here, any impurities are meticulously captured on the inner surface of the element. The purified liquid then exits through the outlet. Over time, as more impurities gather, the pressure drop gently rises.
[Cleaning Status] In a harmonious cycle, the scraper descends, effortlessly guiding impurities downward. As it ascends, any remaining particles are propelled to the apex of the filter element, where they are efficiently flushed off by the flowing liquid. This process repeats as the scraper descends again, ensuring thorough impurity removal. Remarkably, the filter maintains continuous online operation throughout the cleaning phase.
[Purging Status] Following numerous cleaning cycles, impurities gradually accumulate to a significant level.
