• Material: Our filters come in high-quality carbon steel, SS 304, and SS 316. For specialized requirements, we provide custom materials available upon request, ensuring durability and optimal performance.
• Featuring a single filter bag structure, you are presented with a choice of PE, PP, PA, PTFE, and stainless steel filter bags, allowing you to tailor the filtration system to your specific process requirements.
• With a filter rating ranging from 0.5 to 1000 μm, and a flow rate capacity of up to 250 GPM, our filters are designed to accommodate a broad spectrum of filtration needs with precision and efficiency.

Maintenance

• To maintain optimal filter performance, replace the filter bag when impurities accumulate to form a filter cake and the differential pressure reaches between 0.05-0.1 MPa, ensuring the system continues to operate smoothly.
• Given that bag filters are heavily utilized and capture a significant amount of impurities, it is crucial to conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs, even when the differential pressure remains low, to maintain peak operational efficiency.
• In the event of gasket deformation, it is imperative to replace it immediately to prevent any leakage and ensure continued, reliable performance.

Working Principle

In the ingeniously designed SS304 Bag Filter Housing, the filter process begins with the filter medium gracefully entering through an elevated inlet, strategically positioned above the filter bag. As the medium navigates its way into the filter bag, it performs its purification magic by capturing impurities within the robust and durable filter bag. The impeccably clean and purified liquid then elegantly exits through the outlet, guided by the sturdy walls of the fixed metal basket, ensuring a seamless flow.

To maintain optimal performance, it is essential to replace the filter bag once impurities have accumulated sufficiently to form a filter cake, causing a differential pressure between 0.05 to 0.1 MPa. During the replacement process, ensure the system is temporarily shut down. Open the pressure relief valve and remove the filter cover to facilitate smooth bag replacement. Post-cleaning, these high-quality filter bags can be reused, offering cost-effectiveness and sustainability. However, replacement becomes necessary once the bags are worn beyond a particular threshold.

enhanced by a thickened top cover, further secured with an O-type fluororubber sealing ring to ensure airtight efficiency.

the spring-loaded clamping device integrated into the top cover,

providing consistent pressure on the

stainless steel stamping ring, which offers a comprehensive seal

by clamping the filter bag a full 360°, guaranteeing effective and leak-free operation.
