The starch emulsion is sprayed from the nozzle onto the screen surface with precision at a specified pressure and speed, ensuring optimal coverage. It is delivered along the arc's tangent, maximizing efficiency, as it swiftly spreads across the screen. This even distribution allows for rapid flow through the screen, enhancing processing efficiency. The flow direction is precisely perpendicular to the screen slit, ensuring
the starch emulsion is effectively influenced by centrifugal forces, impact forces, gravity, and the cutting action of the intricately designed screenwires. These forces work in unison to refine the emulsion on the concave
