The ingenious design of the single bag filter ensures that the inlet is positioned advantageously above the filter bag. As the filter medium gracefully enters from the inlet, it flows seamlessly into the filter bag. Here, the magic happens: impurities are deftly captured within the filter bag, while the pristine, filtered liquid elegantly exits through the outlet, gliding along the steadfast metal basket wall.
When the collected impurities form a substantial filter cake and the differential pressure elevates to 0.05-0.1 MPa, it's time to refresh the system with a new filter bag. To do so, the filter system must be momentarily paused, allowing for the pressure relief valve and filter cover to be opened. With the replacement accomplished, the system is reset to continue its high-performance filtration. Although filter bags can be revitalized through cleaning, they must be replaced once damage reaches a certain threshold, ensuring seamless operation.
