Working Principle of Pressure Arc Screen Sieve Bend Screen
The starch emulsion is meticulously sprayed from the nozzle onto the screen surface, applying a precise and controlled pressure alongside a determined spray speed. Each droplet unerringly travels to the screen surface, following the tangent direction of the arc, spreading swiftly to blanket the entire screen smoothly. This seamless coverage ensures the starch emulsion flows effortlessly across the screen surface, maintaining a flow direction perpendicularly aligned with the screen slits, optimizing filtration efficiency.
As the starch emulsion navigates over the concave arc screen surface, it undergoes a dynamic interplay of forces-centrifugal, impact, gravity, and the cutting prowess of thescreen's wire edge-facilitating a refined sieving process.
