Working Principle

The sophisticated design of our multi-bag filter system ensures that the position of the inlet is strategically lower than that of the filter bags. As the filtration process begins, the medium enters from the inlet and gracefully ascends to the top part of the housing situated above the filter bags. With gravity as its ally, the medium flows downward through the filter bags, effectively capturing impurities. As a result, the pristine, filtered liquid emerges seamlessly from the outlet, ready for use.

To maintain optimal performance, it's essential to monitor the filter bags. As impurities accumulate and form filter cakes, they increase the differential pressure, reaching a threshold of 0.14-0.17 MPa. At this stage, it's time to replace the filter bags. Begin by temporarily shutting down the filter system, opening the pressure relief valve, and then carefully removing the filter cover. After replacing the bags, reinstall the system with precision. Note that while filter bags can often be cleaned and reused, it's crucial to replace them when they are damaged beyond a certain degree to ensure continued efficiency.
