Bag Filter Housing

Bag filter is a new type of filter system. The inside of the bag filter is supported by a metal mesh basket. The liquid flows in from the inlet and flows out from the outlet after being filtered by the filter bag. The impurities are intercepted in the filter bag and can be used continuously after replacing the filter bag.Bag filter can be designed as standard single-bag or multi-bag systems to meet different application requirements.
The bag filter is a multi-purpose filtration equipment with novel structure, small volume, simple and flexible operation, energy saving, high efficiency, airtight work and strong applicability.

 

Work Principle

 

The working principle of a bag filter is based on filtering particulate matter from the airflow. When the airflow enters the filter, it passes through a series of filter bags made of filtration media such as polyester, nylon, or fiberglass.
These filter bags have tiny pores that effectively capture particles, causing them to accumulate on the outer surface of the bags, while the clean gas passes through the filter bags and is discharged from the filter, thereby achieving gas filtration.
The collected dust particles form a cake on the surface of the filter bags. This dust cake actually aids in the filtration process by capturing smaller particles.
When the pressure drop across the filter bags reaches a certain level, indicating that the dust cake is too thick, the cleaning system is activated.A pulse of compressed air is sent through the bags in the reverse direction, which knocks off the dust cake into a hopper for disposal and achieving the cleaning effect.

TDS-DC Series Single Bag Filter

Owing to the side in flow direction and removable head, when workers open the filter housing and change the fiter bags, the design can avoid lguid discharge. Additionally, the integrated handle with head and unigue seal design is convenient for fixing with no side leakage. 
It is an ideal durable filter for all the demanding application.
The housing design pressure is high up to 2.0MPa. Various inlet and outlet sizes and layouts are optional for the convenient installation.

 

TDS-SD Quick-Opening Multi-Bag Filter

 

TDS-SD Series Quick-Open Multi-bag filter is particularly designed for end users caring about the operation efficience, safety and durability. The fully interlocked design greatly improves efficiency, reduces downtime, reduces time, labor costs, which brings good cost down for customer long term operations. They can be applied in many industrial applications with liquid of low to medium viscosity.
