In our state-of-the-art single bag filter system, the strategic layout ensures that the inlet is positioned higher than the filter bag itself. This ingenious design allows the filter medium to seamlessly flow into the filter bag through the inlet. As the medium is meticulously filtered, impurities are expertly captured within the bag, while the freshly-purified filtrate gracefully exits through the outlet, guided along the sturdy metal basket wall. This process guarantees pristine filtration efficiency every time.
To maintain peak performance, the filter bag must be replaced once impurities accumulate to form a filter cake, and the differential pressure reaches a threshold of 0.05-0.1 MPa. During replacement, it's essential to briefly shut down the filter system, open the pressure relief valve, and remove the filter cover. After carefully replacing the filter bag, the system is reassembled for continued operation. Remarkably, our filter bags can be reused after thorough cleaning, although replacement is necessary once wear reaches a specific level. This sustainable approach ensures cost efficiency and environmental responsibility.
