Powered by an advanced deceleration motor, it drives the scraper to automatically discharge impurities during single-machine continuous online filtration, eliminating the need for manual cleaning or additional filter supplies. With an intelligent PLC system, the filter body receives liquid through its inlet and utilizes sophisticated pressure difference and time settings to automatically activate the sewage function, offering an unparalleled level of automation. Work Principle

The liquid gracefully enters through the inlet, elegantly traversing through the intricately designed filter element before exiting seamlessly via the outlet. Impurities find themselves caught on the pristine inner surface of the filter element. When the accumulation of these impurities reaches a certain threshold, our intelligent system initiates a cleaning procedure, either as scheduled by a timer setting or automatically triggered by a differential pressure sensor, ensuring optimal performance.

Ingeniously driven by a speed reducer or cylinder, the scraper blades affixed to the filter element surface revolve with precision, efficiently scraping off accumulated impurities. These impurities are collected at the base of the filter. To maintain peak efficiency, the drain valve at the filter's bottom is regularly opened, allowing the release of a high concentration liquid, which can be recycled effortlessly. Should the need arise, the waste liquid is ready to be reclaimed, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
