Remarkably, it continues to operate seamlessly online, ensuring uninterrupted performance. Specifically engineered for the demanding task of filtering high viscosity liquids up to an astonishing 800,000 mPa.s, this innovative filter maintains a versatile filtration degree ranging from 25 to 1500μm. Its rapid impurity removal capability guarantees a swift and efficient cleaning process by expertly scraping off impurities from the filter element surface. Perfectly suited for both water and a diverse range of viscous liquids, our premium filter represents the pinnacle of efficiency and performance in liquid filtration solutions.
Work Principle
Upon entering our state-of-the-art Premium Automatic Backwash Filter, the liquid makes its way in through the inlet, journeys through the precision-engineered filter element, and then gracefully exits through the outlet. Throughout this seamless process, impurities are expertly captured on the pristine inner surface of the filter. When these impurities reach a predefined quantity, an intelligent cleaning cycle is automatically initiated, either by a meticulously set timer or a responsive differential pressure sensor.
With precision-guided motion, a speed reducer or a cylinder powers the scraper blades to elegantly rotate along the surface of the filter element, meticulously removing impurities. These unwanted particles then settle at the filter's base. At scheduled intervals, the drain valve at the bottom is opened to release the high concentration liquid, facilitating efficient recycling. Should the need arise, the waste liquid can also be reclaimed, ensuring minimal waste and maximum resource efficiency.
