Our wedge wire screen lateral assemblies are meticulously crafted and categorized into hub lateral assemblies and header lateral assemblies. This distinction is based on their strategic installation position and function within the tank, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
The hub radial lateral assembly features a central hub paired with multiple screen laterals. Typically positioned at the top or bottom of the vessel, it functions as a hub-lateral distributor for liquid distribution at the top and as a hub-lateral collector for liquid collection at the bottom. Particularly effective in radial flow equipment like centrifuges, this assembly ensures uniform liquid distribution or concentrated collection within the equipment. Options include configurations with 4 (cross laterals), 6, 8, 16 laterals, and one or two layer screen laterals, offering flexibility and efficiency.
Distinct from the hub radial lateral assembly, the hub fish spike lateral assembly boasts a unique structure, specifically designed for liquid distribution at the top and collection at the bottom of large tanks, enhancing operational efficacy.
