Working Principle

The innovative design of the multi-bag filter housing features an inlet positioned strategically lower than the filter bags themselves. This ensures that the filter medium enters through the inlet and ascends gracefully to the upper section of the housing, which sits above the filter bags. Here, it descends smoothly, allowing impurities to be efficiently trapped within the filter bags. This meticulous process ensures only the pure filtrate flows out from the outlet, promising unparalleled filtration efficiency.

To maintain peak performance, it's essential to address filter bag conditions when impurities accumulate to form filter cakes and the differential pressure reaches 0.14-0.17 MPa. At this juncture, shutting down the system momentarily is necessary to replace the filter bags. Upon opening the pressure relief valve and filter cover, new or cleaned filter bags can be installed, prolonging their usability. Importantly, while reusable after meticulous cleaning, filter bags must be replaced once they exhibit significant wear and tear to ensure optimal functionality.
