Embracing a fully enclosed filtration method, this filter is complemented by a sophisticated pneumatic slag discharge port located at the base. This feature ensures a seamless and highly automated operation, setting it apart from traditional filter cartridge filters.

This remarkable filter is engineered to primarily intercept impurities and efficiently recycle thick slurry, rather than merely draining residues. Optimally, it accommodates materials with a viscosity below 30CP, ensuring flawless operation without excessive stickiness. The solid content it handles is impressively maintained at less than 0.5%, ensuring superior performance and reliability.

The difference between PA and PE

Delve into the distinct characteristics of our polymer sintered pipes: The premium PE sintered pipe boasts high-quality ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene as its core material, resulting in a pristine white appearance. In contrast, the PA microporous filter tube is ingeniously crafted from composite materials, including activated carbon fibers of a specific mesh size, integrated into the PE material to achieve a pure black finish. Distinctly, the PE filter cartridge exhibits a robust temperature resistance of up to 80ºC, while the PA filter cartridge triumphs with a remarkable tolerance of up to 120ºC, catering to a wider range of demanding applications.

Working Principle

The liquid gracefully navigates its journey through the screen from outside to inside, with impurities elegantly intercepted along the way. As the filter cake layer gradually accumulates on the exterior of the screen, the initial filtrate is skillfully redirected back to the inlet. Here, it undergoes a seamless cycle of filtration until the filter cake layer reaches its desired formation, perfectly meeting all filtration requirements. At this pivotal moment, a sophisticated signal graciously indicates that the clear liquid is no longer needed for circulation. The pristine, clarified liquid then gracefully exits from the outlet, seamlessly transitioning to the next phase of processing for normal filtration.

After a period of efficient and normal filtration, when the filter cake layer has attained a certain optimal thickness, the feed port is promptly closed. The residual liquid within the filter is expertly drained, paving the way for the opening of the back mouthpiece. Here, a robust backblowing process ensues using compressed air, nitrogen, or saturated steam, effectively dislodging the filter cake. Once backblowing has been performed for a sufficient duration, it is gracefully halted. A signal then prompts the opening of the filter slag discharge port for efficient slag discharge, which, upon completion, is promptly closed. The system then returns to its original state before filtering, poised and ready for the next cycle of filtration excellence.
