Maintenance

• For optimal performance, the filter bag should be replaced when impurities accumulate sufficiently to form a filter cake, causing the differential pressure to reach between 0.05 - 0.1 MPa.
• Given the frequent use of bag filters and their significant role in capturing impurities, it's crucial to perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs-even when the differential pressure remains minimal.
• Should the gasket become deformed, it's imperative to replace it immediately to maintain the effectiveness and reliability of the filtration system.

Working Principle

The innovative design of the single bag filter boasts an inlet positioned above the filter bag, allowing the medium to gracefully flow through, ensuring an efficient filtration process. As it traverses from the inlet, impurities are skillfully captured within the filter bag, while the pristine filtrate elegantly exits from the outlet, seamlessly guided along the fixed metal basket wall.

When impurities accumulate to form a filter cake and the differential pressure reaches 0.05-0.1 MPa, it's time for a filter bag replacement. During this process, the system must be temporarily halted. Open the pressure relief valve and filter cover to proceed with the replacement. Post-cleaning, the filter bags can be successfully reused, extending their lifespan. However, once they incur significant damage, replacement becomes necessary to maintain optimal performance.
