External Automatic Self-cleaning Filter are designed specifically to provide efficient filtration for liquids, including those of high viscosity(liquids of viscosity up to 800000cps), requiring continuous filtration without interruption to the flow during the cleaning process. There is no operator contact with the process fluid. High quality stainless steel elements are highly effective in removing contaminant particles as small as 25 micron (μm). TSW filter solve the customer frequent manual cleaning, large investment, heavy work, material waste serious problems by its advanced self-cleaning always regularly keep the filter element clean, exhaust the waste liquid with high concentration of impurities, reduce material waste, filter poor water quality and adhesive materials such as adhesives, resins, polymers, fats and other advantages, higher efficiency.

 

Working Principle

The liquid flows in from the filter inlet, flows inward from the outer surface of the filter element, the lower end of the filter element is connected to the outlet, and the liquid flows out from the outlet; when a certain amount of impurities are intercepted on the surface of the filter element, the cleaning procedure is started at a fixed time or according to the set pressure difference, and the reduction motor drives the scraper obliquely attached to the outer surface of the filter element to rotate, scraping off the impurities on the outer surface of the filter element, and the impurities leave the surface of the filter element along the scraper and fall into the bottom of the filter with the descending liquid. The rotating sweeping plate sweeps the heavy impurities at the bottom into the sewage collecting chamber, and the impurities accumulate in the sewage collecting chamber and the bottom of the filter. The drain valve opens automatically at a fixed time to discharge the liquid containing high-concentration impurities from the drain port. If necessary, the discharged residual liquid can be recycled.
