This state-of-the-art system ensures seamless and uninterrupted liquid flow even during the self-cleaning process, eliminating the need for operator contact with process fluids. Equipped with premium-quality stainless steel elements, it effectively traps contaminant particles as fine as 25 microns (μm). The TSW filter addresses the challenges of frequent manual cleaning, substantial investments, labor-intensive operations, and material wastage. Thanks to its advanced self-cleaning mechanism, it consistently maintains the cleanliness of the filter element, efficiently expels waste liquid containing high concentrations of impurities, and minimizes material waste. This innovative filter excels in handling poor water quality and viscous substances like adhesives, resins, polymers, and fats, offering superior efficiency and reliability.

 

Working Principle

Witness the innovative operation of our Self Cleaning Filter with 1.0MPa Standard Pressure for Liquid Filtration. As the liquid flows in through the filter inlet, it gracefully journeys inward from the filter element's outer surface. The filter element's lower end, seamlessly connected to the outlet, allows the liquid to exit smoothly. When a specific amount of impurities collect on the element's surface, magic happens! The cleaning process is initiated, either at a pre-set interval or upon reaching a pre-determined pressure difference. Our robust reduction motor then takes charge, rotating the precision-designed scraper, which is skillfully inclined to the filter element's outer surface. This effective movement cleanses the filter, effortlessly removing impurities. These dislodged impurities gracefully descend with the liquid to the filter's bottom. Meanwhile, the dynamic rotating sweeping plate efficiently directs heavier impurities into the sewage collecting chamber. Here, they gather, ready to be expelled. At scheduled intervals, the drain valve automatically opens, releasing the high-concentration impurity-laden liquid, ready to be disposed of or even recycled if desired.
