Initially, the filtrate is cleverly rerouted back to the inlet, facilitating a cycle of circulation until the filter cake layer reaches its optimal density, ensuring the highest standards of filtration are met. Once the desired filtration level is achieved, a precise signal is emitted, halting the circulation of the clear liquid. This pristine, crystal-clear liquid is then elegantly discharged from the outlet, seamlessly moving on to the next stage of processing, ready for normal filtration.
Upon completion of a successful filtration cycle, where the filter cake layer has achieved its designated thickness, the system intelligently transitions to the next phase. The feed port is promptly closed, and any residual liquid is expertly drained from the filter. The backwash process is then initiated by opening the back mouthpiece, utilizing compressed air, nitrogen, or saturated steam to meticulously backblow and detach the filter cake. After a calculated duration of this thorough backblowing process, the system ceases the backblow, signaling the opening of the filter slag discharge port for a smooth and efficient slag expulsion. Once the slag discharge concludes, the port is securely closed, reverting the system to its pristine, pre-filtration state, primed and ready to embark on the next filtration cycle with renewed vigor.
