The innovative design of our single bag filter ensures that the inlet is strategically positioned higher than the filter bag itself. This clever configuration allows the filtration medium to cascade effortlessly into the filter bag from the inlet. As the filtration process unfolds, impurities are gracefully ensnared within the filter bag, while the pristine filtrate elegantly exits through the outlet, guided by the steadfast walls of the fixed metal basket.
When the impurities on the filter bag accumulate into a formidable filter cake, and the differential pressure elevates to 0.05-0.1 MPa, it signals the moment for a filter bag replacement. During this procedure, it's essential to temporarily shut down the filter system, gently open the pressure relief valve and filter cover, and smoothly reinstall a fresh filter bag. Remarkably, filter bags can be rejuvenated after a thorough cleaning; however, they are subject to replacement once they reach a certain extent of wear or damage. This sustainable practice ensures optimal performance and longevity of the filtration system.
