During operation, the screen dynamically alternates between narrowing and relaxing, propelling material in a forward bouncing motion. This ingenious mechanism effectively prevents material from adhering to the screen and blocking the holes.

Thanks to the flexible sieve plate, the projectile acceleration attains up to 30-50 times the gravity's acceleration. With a maximum sieve plate amplitude reaching 40mm, these screens not only resist plugging but also enhance screening efficiency with large processing capacity, minimal dynamic load, reduced power consumption, and low noise levels.
