The TSQ series scraping self-cleaning filter is a marvel of engineering, expertly crafted for the filtration of high-viscosity substances up to an incredible 800,000 mPa.s. With a filtration degree ranging from 25 to 1,500 μm, it swiftly and efficiently scrapes impurities from the filter element surface, enhancing impurity removal like never before. Working Principle

[Filtering Status] As the liquid gracefully enters our state-of-the-art filter, it elegantly passes the scraper and meanders through the filter element from its core outward. During this journey, impurities are effectively trapped on the inner surface, ensuring only the purest liquid flows through the outlet. Over time, a buildup of these impurities results in an increased pressure drop, indicating the filter's diligence in purifying your liquid.
[Cleaning Status] During the cleaning phase, the sophisticated scraper descends, gently guiding impurities towards the bottom. As it ascends, any remaining impurities are directed upwards, only to be seamlessly flushed away by the circulating liquid. With another downward motion, the scraper ensures all residual impurities are meticulously removed. Remarkably, this entire cleaning process occurs while the filter maintains uninterrupted operation, ensuring continuous efficiency.
[Purging Status] Over multiple cleaning cycles, impurities gradually accumulate.
