Working Principle

Fluid Dynamics: As the liquid gracefully enters through the filter inlet, it journeys inward from the broad outer surface of the filter element. This element is ingeniously connected at its lower end to the outlet, allowing the liquid to exit seamlessly. Once impurities accumulate on the filter element's surface, the sophisticated cleaning process is initiated-either at predetermined intervals or triggered by a specified pressure difference. A strategically designed reduction motor propels a scraper, aligning precisely with the filter element's surface, to elegantly remove these impurities. This debris, dislodged from the filter element, cascades down with the descending liquid to the filter's base. There, a cleverly rotating sweeping plate diligently directs heavier impurities into the sewage collecting chamber, where they settle. At timed intervals, the drain valve opens automatically, effortlessly expelling the impurity-laden liquid.
