Introducing our Single Bag Filter This sophisticated system comprises a durable filter housing, a resilient support basket, and a high-performance filter bag, making it ideal for solid filtration applications at low flow velocities. Besides our exceptional single bag filters, we also present a range of Multi Bag Filters and innovative Duplex Bag Filters to cater to your comprehensive and diverse filtration requirements.
Within the innovative design of our filter system, the position of the single bag filter inlet is strategically elevated above the filter bag itself. As the filter medium pours in from the inlet, it seamlessly flows into the filter bag, initiating the filtration process. Impurities are effectively captured within the filter bag, while the purified filtrate gracefully exits through the outlet, guided by the robust, fixed metal basket wall.
To ensure optimal performance, the filter bag should be replaced when impurities accumulate, forming a filter cake and the differential pressure climbs to 0.05-0.1 MPa. During this essential maintenance, the filter system must be temporarily halted. Begin by gently opening the pressure relief valve and the filter cover. After replacing the filter bag, the system can be reassembled and resumed. Note that filter bags can be cleaned and reused, prolonging their lifespan, yet they must be replaced when wear reaches a critical level.
