The ingeniously designed single bag filter features an inlet strategically positioned higher than the sturdy filter bag itself. As the filter medium gracefully navigates through the inlet, it seamlessly flows into the heart of the filter bag. This process ensures impurities are efficiently captured within, while the pristine filtrate majestically exits through the outlet, elegantly following the contours of the fixed metal basket wall.
When the impurities captured by the filter bag accumulate to form a substantial filter cake, and the differential pressure escalates to the range of 0.05-0.1 MPa, it becomes essential to replace the filter bag. This necessitates temporarily shutting down the filter system. With precision, open the pressure relief valve and the filter cover, replacing the filter bag with care. These filter bags, showcasing durability, can be rejuvenated through cleaning. Nevertheless, when they reach a certain threshold of wear and tear, complete replacement becomes necessary for optimal performance.
