To further adapt to your individual needs, we proudly provide multi-bag filters and duplex bag filters -ensuring we cater to the full spectrum of your filtration requirements.
The elegantly designed single bag filter system features an inlet positioned strategically above the filter bag. This design ensures a seamless flow of the medium into the filter bag. As the filtration process unfolds, unwanted impurities are effectively captured within the filter bag. Meanwhile, the purified filtrate smoothly exits through the outlet, guided by the robust metal basket wall, guaranteeing a pristine filtration experience.
During operation, the filter bag's efficiency is monitored for optimal performance. When impurities accumulate to form a filter cake and the differential pressure reaches 0.05-0.1 MPa, it's time to replace the filter bag. For replacement, the system is paused, the pressure relief valve and filter cover are opened, and a fresh filter bag is installed. Remarkably, filter bags can be cleaned and reused multiple times, ensuring cost-effectiveness. However, they should be replaced if damaged beyond repair, maintaining superior filtration standards.
