Working Principle

Expertly designed for efficiency, the multi bag filter system's inlet is strategically placed lower than the filter bags, allowing the filter medium to seamlessly enter from the inlet. It gracefully ascends to the housing's upper echelon above the filter bags and then elegantly descends, flowing through the filter bags to achieve premium filtration. In this sophisticated process, impurities are meticulously captured within the filter bags, while the pristine filtrate makes its exit from the outlet, ready for use.

Filter bags are due for replacement when a significant layer of impurities forms on them, creating filter cakes, and the differential pressure gauges between 0.14 and 0.17 MPa. During replacement, the filter system needs to be temporarily shut down. It's essential to open the pressure relief valve and remove the filter cover, ensuring a seamless transition as you replace the filter bags. These bags can often be given a second life through thorough cleaning; however, if they suffer extensive damage, they must be replaced. This maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of the system.
