The resin trap serves as an essential, protective sieving mechanism designed to prevent ion exchange resin or other filtration media from escaping the confines of the water treatment equipment. It ensures that these elements do not travel downstream, where their presence could cause complications. To achieve this, our resin trap is equipped with innovative Wedge Wire Screens, also known as Vee Wire Screens, strategically positioned near the outlet of the water system line. These screens are housed securely, predominantly in robust stainless steel casings or durable plastic housings, ensuring uncompromised protection and efficiency.

As the resin or media flows through the system, our wedge wire filter screens skillfully intercept and capture these particles.
