• Boasting a single filter bag structure, you have the option of selecting from PE, PP, PA, PTFE, and stainless steel filter bags, ensuring a perfect match for your requirements.
• Our filters offer an impressive filter rating ranging from 0.5 to 1000 μm, and a substantial flow rate that can achieve up to 250 GPM, delivering exceptional performance.

Maintenance Guidelines

• The filter bag requires replacement once impurities accumulate to form a filter cake and the differential pressure rises to between 0.05-0.1 MPa, ensuring optimal performance.
• Given the frequent use of bag filters, they capture a significant quantity of impurities. Therefore, it is crucial to perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair even when the differential pressure is minimal, to ensure sustained efficiency.
• In the event of gasket deformation, promptly replace it with a new one to maintain the integrity and functionality of the system.

Working Principle

The ingenious design of the single bag filter features an inlet positioned strategically higher than the filter bag itself. This ensures an efficient flow of the filter medium into the bag from the inlet. As the medium passes through, impurities are effectively captured within the filter bag. Meanwhile, the pristine filtrate elegantly cascades out through the outlet, guided seamlessly along the sturdy metal basket wall.

Once the impurities amass to form a filter cake and the differential pressure elevates to 0.05-0.1 MPa, it's time to replace the filter bag. During this crucial operation, it's essential to shut down the filter system momentarily. Open the pressure relief valve and filter cover to safely replace the filter bag.
