While the filter maintains the integrity of the residue, its primary function is to trap impurities and facilitate the redirection of dense slurries. It's optimized for materials with a viscosity ideally under 30CP, ensuring smooth processing of non-sticky substances. Furthermore, it operates most efficiently when the solid content remains under 0.5%, guaranteeing high-performance filtration.

The difference between PA and PE

Delve into the distinguishing features of our polymer filters: The PE sintered pipe, crafted from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, stands out with its pristine white hue, boasting a temperature resilience of up to 80ºC. In contrast, the PA microporous filter tube integrates composite materials, including activated carbon fibers, which are meticulously combined with the PE material, resulting in a sleek black finish. This blend offers superior temperature endurance, withstanding up to 120 °C, making it ideal for more demanding applications.

Working Principle

The liquid elegantly traverses the screen from the outside to the inside, where impurities are gracefully intercepted by the exterior, allowing the filter cake layer to gradually build up on the outside. Initially, the filtrate is cycled back to the inlet, undergoing continuous filtration until the cake reaches the necessary thickness. At this point, a signal is emitted to halt the cycle, ensuring pure, clear liquid flows seamlessly from the outlet to the subsequent process, maintaining optimal filtration efficiency.

Following a period of optimal filtration, once the cake layer achieves a predefined thickness, the feed port is sealed, and any residual liquid is meticulously drained from the filter. The system then engages a strategic backblow using compressed air, nitrogen, or steam, facilitating the gentle detachment of the filter cake. Upon completion, a signal prompts the opening of the filter's discharge port for efficient slag removal. After the process, the system returns to its initial state, poised for the next filtration cycle.
