In our cutting-edge High-Pressure Bag Filter Housing, the single bag filter inlet is strategically positioned above the filter bag, ensuring optimal flow dynamics. As the unfiltered medium journeys through the inlet, it gracefully enters the filter bag. During this transformative process, unwanted impurities are effectively captured within the filter bag, while the purified filtrate emerges seamlessly from the outlet, guided by the secure, fixed metal basket wall.
The efficiency of our advanced filtration system is maintained by keenly observing the buildup of impurities on the filter bag, forming a 'filter cake.' When the differential pressure reaches the threshold of 0.05-0.1 MPa, it's time to replace the filter bag to ensure uninterrupted performance. This procedure requires a temporary shutdown of the filter system, followed by a safe pressure relief and opening of the filter cover. Once the filter bag is replaced, the system is quickly restored to its pristine functionality. Our filter bags are designed for reuse after a thorough cleaning, though they should be replaced when they exhibit significant wear or damage, guaranteeing consistent filtration results.
