At this pivotal moment, a control signal is triggered, halting any further circulation of the clear liquid. The pristine, filtered liquid is then elegantly discharged from the outlet, seamlessly advancing to the next stage of processing for standard filtration operations.
During routine filtration, as the filter cake layer thickens to an optimal level, the feed port is promptly closed, and any residual liquid within the filter is expertly drained. The backwash process is then initiated by opening the back mouthpiece, using compressed air, nitrogen, or saturated steam to perform an efficient backblow. This action ensures the filter cake is gently dislodged. Once the backblowing is completed, a signal is given to open the filter slag discharge port, allowing for thorough slag removal. Upon completion, the slag discharge port is securely closed, seamlessly returning the system to its original state, ready to embark on another efficient round of filtration.
