Positioned with precision, the single bag filter's inlet is strategically placed higher than the filter bag itself. As the filter medium gracefully enters the filter bag through the inlet, the magic of filtration begins. Impurities are expertly captured within the filter bag, while the purified filtrate effortlessly exits through the outlet, gliding along the steadfast metal basket wall.
When the impurities within the filter bag accumulate to form a formidable filter cake, and the differential pressure reaches a span of 0.05-0.1 MPa, it's time to replace the filter bag. During this replacement process, the filter system requires a temporary halt. Begin by opening the pressure relief valve and filter cover, then proceed to reinstall the filter post-replacement. Though filter bags can be rejuvenated through cleaning, they must be replaced if damaged beyond a certain threshold. This cycle of cleaning and replacement ensures optimal functionality is maintained.
