With its innovative single-machine continuous online filtration capability, there's no need for disposable filter supplies or manual cleaning. The liquid gracefully enters the self-cleaning filter body through the water inlet, and the advanced intelligent PLC controls automatically manage the filtration process. By responding to pressure differences and time settings, it efficiently opens the sewage function, offering a high degree of automation. This system accommodates a comprehensive range of filtration accuracies from 20 um to 1000 um, providing tailor-made filtration solutions that significantly reduce costs and enhance efficiency for our valued customers.
 

Work Principle

The liquid gracefully enters through the inlet, journeys through the meticulously designed filter element, and emerges purified from the outlet. As the liquid navigates this path, impurities find themselves ensnared on the inner surface of the filter element. When the accumulation of these impurities reaches a pre-determined threshold, an automated cleaning process is set into motion. This can be initiated by a timer or triggered by a sophisticated differential pressure sensor, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency.

A precision-engineered speed reducer or cylinder brings the scraper blades to life, as they rhythmically rotate along the surface of the filter element, expertly removing impurities. These collected impurities settle at the bottom of the filter, ready for disposal. At regular intervals, the strategically placed drain valve at the filter's base opens to release the high concentration of liquid, available for recycling if desired. This ingenious system even allows for the reclamation of waste liquid, promoting sustainability.
