Work Principle

 

The candle filter operates within a sealed system, housing multiple porous candle filter cartridges. Each cartridge is elegantly enveloped in a high-quality matching filter cloth. As the liquid circulates through this innovative system, larger particles of material gracefully settle on the surface of the filter cloth, gradually forming what is known as a 'filter cake layer'. This layer acts as an effective barrier, with its minute and precise gaps trapping particulate impurities, ensuring the filtrate emerges crystal clear. Achieving the desired filtration effect, the candle filter is aptly known as a 'filter cake layer filter'.

As the industrious filter cake layer thickens over time during standard filtration, the passage rate of filtrate through this intricate layer diminishes, leading to reduced filtration efficiency. At this juncture, the robust system initiates a backflushing process, triggered by signals from a precise pressure sensor. To clear the accumulated cake, the system artfully opens the valve at the cylinder's base to discharge the collected slag. This is followed by the meticulous regeneration of a fresh 'filter cake layer', commencing yet another impeccable filtration cycle.
