Work Principle
The working process is as follows:
- Initially, the water-containing material makes its entrance through the feed end of the screw press machine. Here, gravity takes the lead, allowing larger liquid particles to gracefully exit through the screen, marking the first step in our efficient preliminary dewatering.
- As the process continues, the rotating screw rod exerts significant pressure, skillfully extracting even more liquid. This diligent pressing action continuously reduces the moisture content, resulting in the formation of a relatively dry and compact solid material.
