Expertly crafted, the polyurethane-coated stainless steel wire rope screen is assembled by welding two distinctive types of ropes together, ensuring robust durability and superior performance.

The primary rope, stretching from hook to hook, is a resilient wire rope enveloped in a robust polyurethane coating. This design allows the hooked-edge screen to be tensioned similarly to traditional versions, eliminating the need for equipment adjustments.

The secondary rope is a delicate synthetic cord, also sheathed in a thick polyurethane layer, running parallel to the hooked edge. In side-tensioned arrangements, it mimics the function of rider bars, facilitating larger stones to glide seamlessly down the deck while guiding smaller particles towards the apertures, thereby enhancing screening efficacy.

In end-tensioned configurations, this adaptable rope can be strategically positioned on top in a cross-flow orientation or underneath the wire rope for optimal performance.
