Automatic Pneumatic Scraper Self-Cleaning Filter
TSQ series pneumatic scraping self-cleaning filter which is automatically removes the particles and impurities from the filter element internal surface by mechanical scraping and it can continuously work on-line. TSQ series scraping self-cleaning filter is designed for filtration of high viscosity up to 800000mPa.s. The filtration degree ranges for 25-1500μm. It can scrape the impurities off the filter element surface most quickly, which makes it more efficiently removing the impurities. It is applicable for water and various viscous liquid.
Work Principle
The liquid flows in from the inlet , flows through the filter element and then flows out from the outlet . Impurities are trapped on the inner surface of the filter element. When impurities trapped on the surface of the filter element accumulate to a certain amount, the cleaning procedure is initiated by a timer setting or triggered by a differential pressure sensor.
The speed reducer or cylinder drives the scraper blades attached to the surface of the filter element to rotate and scrap off the impurities. These impurities fall into the bottom of the filter. Drain valve at the bottom of the filter shall be opened regularly to drain out the high concentration liquid for recycling.the waste liquid can be reclaimed if necessary.
