As the liquid gracefully enters the self-cleaning filter housing through the water inlet, it is meticulously managed by cutting-edge intelligent PLC control. With automated features responsive to pressure differential and time settings, this filter boasts a high degree of automation, opening the sewage function autonomously for optimal operation. It adeptly meets a wide range of filtration precision requirements, from 20 um to 1000 um, delivering bespoke filtration solutions that significantly reduce costs while amplifying efficiency for our clients.
 

Work Principle

As the liquid gracefully enters through the inlet, it seamlessly journeys through the filter element, ultimately exiting from the outlet. During this fluidic voyage, impurities become ensnared on the inner surface of the filter element. Once these impurities accumulate to a predetermined threshold, the cleaning process is artfully initiated. This can be set in motion either by a pre-programmed timer or automatically triggered by an acute differential pressure sensor. This ensures the filter remains pristine and ready for optimal performance.

A sophisticated speed reducer or cylinder is at the helm, driving the scraper blades that elegantly glide across the filter element's surface, effectively removing impurities. These impurities then gracefully descend into the filter's bottom chamber. To maintain the system's purity, the drain valve is periodically opened, allowing the high concentration liquid to be efficiently drained and recycled. Moreover, should it be deemed necessary, the waste liquid possesses the potential for reclamation, underscoring a commitment to sustainable practices.
