With a versatile filtration degree range of 25-1500μm, it excels in quickly scraping impurities off the filter element surface, enhancing its efficiency in impurity removal. Working Principle

[Filtering Status] As liquid enters our state-of-the-art filter, it gracefully passes the innovative scraper, flowing seamlessly across the filter element from the inside to the outside. Here, impurities are effectively trapped on the inner surface of the element. As the pristine liquid flows effortlessly out of the outlet, over time, a captivating accumulation of impurities increases, naturally raising the pressure drop.
[Cleaning Status] In the cleaning phase, as the scraper moves downward, impurities are expertly guided to the bottom. On the upward stroke, remaining impurities are skillfully pushed to the top of the filter element, where the flowing liquid flushes them away. The scraper moves down again, ensuring all impurities are meticulously scraped off. Remarkably, during the entire cleaning operation, the filter continues to work seamlessly online.
[Purging Status] Over several cleaning cycles, impurities build up to a greater extent. By periodically opening the valve, you can efficiently purge the waste liquid with high impurity concentration, which can be recycled if desired.
