In the innovative SS304 Bag Filter system, the inlet is strategically positioned above the filter bag. This design ensures that the filter medium seamlessly flows into the filter bag. As the filtering process commences, impurities are efficiently captured within the filter bag, allowing only pristine filtrate to flow out gracefully from the outlet, navigating along the robust metallic basket wall.
For optimal performance, replacement of the filter bag becomes necessary when accumulated impurities form a dense filter cake, resulting in a differential pressure of 0.05-0.1 MPa. This maintenance process involves temporarily halting the filter system, releasing the pressure via the valve, and opening the filter cover for access. Once the filter bag is replaced, simply reinstall the system. Remarkably, the filter bags are designed for reusability after thorough cleaning, but should be replaced upon significant damage to maintain efficiency.
