Working Principle of Pressure Arc Screen Sieve Bend Screen
The starch emulsion is sprayed with precision from the nozzle onto the screen surface, maintaining a specific pressure and spray velocity. Seamlessly, the starch emulsion glides along the tangent of the arc screen surface, swiftly spreading out and uniformly enveloping the screen. It swiftly traverses through the screen's expanse. The emulsion's flow is strategically aligned at right angles to the screen's slots.
The emulsion experiences the dynamic synergy of centrifugal force, impact, gravity, coupled with the cutting prowess of the screen wireedge, all acting on the starch emulsified on the concave arc screen surface.
The wedge-shaped screen wire is akin to a keen blade. The starch emulsion collides with the sharp edge of the screen wire, transforming into a delicate liquid layer. This layer, alongside fine particles, seamlessly navigates through the screen's narrow slits, forming the undersize flow beneath; while other parts of the liquid
layer, along with coarse particles, journey over the screen surface, becoming the oversize and exiting elegantly via the overflow port.
