The Distinction Between PA and PE

Our polymer PE sintered pipes are crafted from superior ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, presenting a pristine white finish. In contrast, the PA microporous filter tube integrates composite materials like fine-mesh activated carbon fibers into the PE matrix, resulting in a sleek black appearance. The PE filter cartridges withstand temperatures up to 80ºC, while the PA filter cartridges excel at enduring higher temperatures, up to 120ºC, offering versatility for diverse filtration needs.

Working Principle

Experience the seamless operation of our high-efficiency filtration system. As the liquid elegantly traverses through the screen from the outside to the inside, impurities are effortlessly intercepted, forming a robust filter cake layer on the screen's exterior. Initially, the discharged filtrate returns to the inlet, continuously circulating until the filter cake layer reaches optimal formation, at which point it triggers a signal to halt circulation. This ensures only pristine, clear liquid ventures onwards from the outlet to continue its journey through the next stages of your process, ensuring superior filtration quality.

Once the filter cake achieves a designated thickness after a period of flawless filtration, the next phase begins: the feed port closes and residual liquid is meticulously drained. With precision, backblowing commences through the back mouthpiece using compressed air, nitrogen, or saturated steam, compelling the filter cake to detach. This sophisticated procedure, driven by a set duration of backblowing, ceases with a signal to open the filter slag discharge port. Post slag discharge, the port is sealed, and the system is artfully reset to its pre-filtration state, primed for the next cycle of outstanding filtration.
