To ensure peak performance, it is vital to vigilantly monitor the condition of the filter bags. As impurities accumulate and form a filter cake, they induce a differential pressure between 0.14-0.17 MPa, indicating it's time for bag replacement. During this critical maintenance phase, the system must be shut down, pressure relief valve opened, and filter cover removed. After placing new bags, the system can resume operation. Remarkably, filter bags may be cleaned and reused, embodying sustainable practices, yet require replacement when significantly damaged.
