Work Principle
The working process unfolds as follows:
- Initially, the water-laden material gracefully enters the screw press screen via the feed end of the screw press machine. Influenced by the force of gravity, larger liquid particles naturally escape through the screen, achieving an initial phase of dewatering.
- Subsequently, the rotating screw rod exerts significant pressure on the material, expertly extracting further liquid content. Throughout this pressing phase, the moisture content within the material steadily decreases, eventually resulting in substantially dry solid matter.
