The liquid is ingeniously designed to enter through the filter inlet, and gracefully flows inward from the outer surface of the filter element. At the lower end, the filter element seamlessly connects to the outlet, allowing the liquid to exit elegantly. When a notable amount of impurities is collected on the surface of the filter element, our cutting-edge cleaning procedure initiates either at predetermined intervals or based on the set pressure differential. The state-of-the-art reduction motor engages the scraper, precisely positioned at an angle on the filter element's outer surface, to rotate and meticulously remove impurities. These unwanted particles then travel along the scraper's path and are gently deposited into the base of the filter as the liquid descends. Advanced mechanics of the rotating sweeping plate effectively gather the denser impurities, channeling them into the sewage collecting chamber. Over time, these impurities accumulate at the base of the filter. At designated times, the drain valve automatically opens to release the liquid, now heavily concentrated with impurities, from the drain port.
