Working Principle

Ingeniously designed for optimal performance, the single bag filter features an inlet strategically positioned above the filter bag. The process begins as the filter medium gracefully enters through the inlet, seamlessly channeling into the filter bag. Here, the magic happens as impurities are expertly captured within the filter bag, allowing only the pristine, clean filtrate to flow effortlessly out through the outlet, guided by the robust and reliable metal basket wall.

A crucial operational step lies in monitoring the filter bag for impurity accumulation, which forms a filter cake, triggering a differential pressure of 0.05-0.1 MPa. At this juncture, it becomes vital to pause the filter system operation, ensuring a safe shutdown. Opening the pressure relief valve and filter cover permits the seamless replacement of the filter bag. Remarkably, these filter bags offer the convenience of reuse upon proper cleaning, extending their service life unless they sustain notable damage, at which point replacement is essential.
