The scraper self-cleaning filter stands as a high-precision solution, adeptly eliminating impurities captured by the filter element. It ensures the seamless operation of other system equipment by harnessing the power of a deceleration motor to drive the scraper. Enjoy the convenience of automatic discharge while benefiting from single-machine, continuous online filtration. Remarkably, this system operates without generating any filter supplies or necessitating manual cleaning. As liquids flow into the self-cleaning filter body through the water inlet, the process is deftly controlled by advanced intelligent PLC technology. It can autonomously activate its sewage function based on pressure differences and time settings, offering an exceptionally high level of automation. Meeting a wide spectrum of filtration accuracy requirements ranging from 20 um to 1000 um, this filter delivers tailor-made solutions that enhance both cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency for our valued customers.

Work Principle

The liquid gracefully enters through the inlet, journeys through the meticulously engineered filter element, and then exits smoothly from the outlet. As the liquid navigates this path, impurities bravely attempt to pass but are skillfully captured on the inner surface of the filter element. When these impurities accumulate to a desired level, the innovative cleaning process is activated either by a preset timer or by an intelligent differential pressure sensor, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

A highly efficient speed reducer or cylinder commands the scraper blades which are ingeniously attached to the filter element's surface. These blades rotate with precision, expertly scraping off the impurities with elegance. The dislodged impurities descend gracefully to the bottom of the filter. To maintain the system's pristine condition, the drain valve at the filter's base is periodically opened, allowing the high concentration liquid to be seamlessly removed for recycling. Should the need arise, the waste liquid can be efficiently reclaimed, embodying eco-friendly principles.
