Our Self-Cleaning Filter is expertly designed for a diverse range of applications, making it ideal for emulsions, greases, resins, paints, honey, syrups, fermentation liquids, glues, and other viscous liquids. This precision-engineered scraper self-cleaning filter is a marvel of modern technology, efficiently removing impurities captured by the filter element. It safeguards the seamless operation of other equipment in your system by utilizing a deceleration motor to drive the scraper. This advanced system enables automatic discharge while ensuring single-machine continuous online filtration, eliminating the need for filter consumables and manual cleaning. With intelligent control via advanced PLC systems, it automatically initiates the sewage function based on pressure differentials and time settings, offering a high degree of automation. Covering a comprehensive range of filtration accuracies from 20 um to 1000 um, it delivers customized filtration solutions that significantly reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency for our valued customers.

Work Principle

The liquid gracefully enters the inlet, journeys through the meticulously engineered filter element, and seamlessly exits through the outlet. As it flows, impurities are elegantly captured on the inner surface of the filter element. When the accumulation of impurities reaches a critical level, the sophisticated cleaning process is automatically initiated, either by a precise timer setting or activated by an advanced differential pressure sensor.

A state-of-the-art speed reducer or cylinder empowers the scraper blades, which are meticulously attached to the filter element's surface, to rotate seamlessly and efficiently remove impurities. These collected impurities gracefully descend to the bottom of the filter. At this stage, the strategically positioned drain valve at the filter's base is periodically opened to release the concentrated liquid, enabling recycling. Additionally, if desired, the waste liquid can be reclaimed for further use.
