Polyurethane modular screen panels are important components of vibrating screens. They are made of specially formulated polyurethane, cast and injected into specific molded plates embedded in steel frames, and have high cost performance, screening efficiency and high flexibility of use.

Multiple kinds of panels of different aperture types and sizes can be combined rationaly to work together on the same screening surface to maximize the screening eficieny and minimize the capital consumption at the meantime.
