The working principle of a bag filter centers around efficiently removing particulate matter from the airflow. When the pressure drop across the filter bags hits a specific threshold, indicating the dust cake has reached a critical thickness, the cleaning mechanism is triggered. A precise burst of compressed air is propelled through the bags in the reverse direction, effectively dislodging the dust cake into a hopper for easy disposal, thereby achieving an optimal cleaning effect.
